Job Title: Director of Health and Wellness

Qualifications 

  • Extensive experience working in mental and behavioral health care, and/or sports medicine within an intercollegiate sports environment or related venue  

  • Education degree: Athletic Training, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field 

  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 

  • Customer service skills to represent the OnBalance platform and resources to athletic directors, sports medicine physicians, clinical providers and athletes. 

  • Experience with sales demonstrations and MS outlook suite of tools (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)  

  • Understanding of the intersection and values of mental and physical health in sports 

  • Ability to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule 

 
Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Experience working with faculty, staff and students in a university setting 

  • Knowledge of the mental health issues that impact student performance and success 

  • Understanding of college student development 

 
Role and Responsibilities
 

  • Act as a subject matter expert for business development outreach and lead generation 

  • Lead demo presentations both in person and over Zoom 

  • Manage prospect pipeline coordination with the Sales team 

  • Communications with Senior Medical Health Specialist 

  • Coordination with Customer Success team 

  • Coordination with Marketing and Communications team 

  • Coordination with Product development team for issues and feature/functionality upgrades 

 
Compensation
 

  • Base Salary: $90,000-$120,000 experience dependent 

  • Bonus: 25% base 

  • Equity: Stock option 

  • Benefits: Full individual health and dental insurance
